Dear Metalcorn, welcome to MyFinanceTeacher. To be honest, I almost never take the short side of a trade (except for very short-term tiny trades in cryptos). The math on the short side is always worse than on the long side: short’s gains are limited to 100% and potential losses are unlimited.

New Subscriber here. Just wanted to ask, do you recommend shorting or using inverse etfs in this case? or other cycles as you expect DCL/ ICLs?
